Welcome to Beltagy Football Analysis Services ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our courses and programmes, educational materials and community platforms (collectively, the "Courses") by you, the course participant ("Student", "you", or "your"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access our Courses.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access our Courses.
• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Single User Only: Course access is granted exclusively to the individual purchaser. Account sharing, credential transferring, or splitting costs with other individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

• Limited Access: Upon purchase, we grant you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and view the Course content for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, alter, publicly display, or create derivative works from any videos, text, graphics, materials, audio recordings, or proprietary frameworks included in the Courses.
• Piracy Prevention: We actively monitor access logs. Unauthorised distribution, public presentation, or uploading of our proprietary content to public platforms or shared drives constitutes a material breach and copyright infringement.

Fees: You agree to pay the specific total price displayed in the payment email sent to you by our Admin Team, including any applicable local sales taxes, via our authorised payment processors.

Payment Plans: Any instalment payment plans must be explicitly reviewed and agreed upon with the Company's Admin Team prior to enrolment. The student takes full and sole responsibility for tracking, monitoring, and managing their payment instalments to ensure they are cleared by the appropriate deadlines. By selecting an instalment plan, you commit to completing all scheduled payments in full until the entire balance has been paid; you may not cancel or halt instalments midway through the Course. Failure to clear an instalment payment on time will result in the immediate suspension of Course access until the account balance is fully resolved.

• If you cancel more than 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a 100% refund, minus any transaction or payment processing fees.
• If you cancel within the 7 days prior to the course start date, you will receive a 90% refund, minus transaction fees.
• Once the course has started, a 25% refund will be issued if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours after the first session (transaction fees will still be deducted).
• After 24 hours following the first session, refunds are no longer available.

The following Code of Conduct applies to all students that participate in any of our Courses. All participants are expected to follow the rules outlined below:

• You are expected to attend every session.
• You are expected to be punctual and act with professionalism.
• You are expected to join all sessions from a laptop.
• You are expected to put your camera on throughout the whole session.
• You are expected to treat staff and fellow participants with respect.
• You are expected to demonstrate 100% participation during all parts of the session.
• You are expected to demonstrate a learning mentality and be open to feedback.
• You are expected to communicate in English using only the official email address for the programme.
• You must not share the Zoom log-in details with any third party.
• You must not make any form of recording of the session.
• You must not share any learning material publicly.
• You must not share personal data about staff or fellow participants.

We reserve the absolute right to permanently ban you and revoke Course access if you violate these conduct guidelines. Any serious breach of the Student Code of Conduct will result in immediate removal from the Course. If a student is removed from the Course, they will not receive their certificate. Furthermore, future participation in BFAS Courses may be jeopardised.

We reserve the absolute right to terminate your account, revoke your access, and permanently cancel your participation in the Courses at any time, without a refund, under circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Material Breach: You violate any core provision of these Terms, including account sharing or distributing course materials.
• Payment Failure: You fail to submit an instalment payment or initiate an unauthorised chargeback through your bank.
• Disruptive Behaviour: You engage in harassment, bullying, or defamation against instructors, staff, or fellow students within our community spaces.
• Commercial Competition & Employment: You use our proprietary materials to actively copy, reverse-engineer, or launch a competing educational product. This right to cancel also applies if you become employed by, contract for, or partner with a direct competitor of the Company during your enrolment, creating an active conflict of interest.
• Fraudulent Activity: You provide false identification data, unauthorised payment methods, or fraudulent credentials during registration.

Scope of Confidential Information: During live sessions, community chats, or group discussions, you may expose, learn, or be granted access to information that is sensitive, proprietary, or private. This includes, but is not limited to, the Company's proprietary methodologies, unreleased content, marketing strategies, back-end operational systems, internal analytics, or the personal struggles, case studies, financial metrics, and operational strategies of the Company, instructors, or your fellow students (collectively, "Confidential Information").

Non-Disclosure & Non-Use Obligations: You agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential. You are prohibited from sharing, publishing, screenshotting, or discussing these internal disclosures with anyone outside the Course. Furthermore, you agree that you will not exploit, copy, or use any of these trade secrets for your own commercial benefit, or for the benefit of any third party, during or after your enrolment.

Permitted Exceptions: This restriction does not apply to the general educational concepts, frameworks, or knowledge taught in the core curriculum, which you are encouraged to apply for adding value to your own life and professional work.

Remedies for Breach: Any violation of this confidentiality requirement will result in the immediate termination of your Course access without a refund. Because a breach of this NDA would cause irreparable harm to the Company for which monetary damages alone would be inadequate, the Company is entitled to seek immediate legal action alongside any financial damages.

Private and Secure Environment: Live video sessions and interactive workshops are conducted solely for educational purposes. You are strictly prohibited from recording, capturing audio, or screenshotting any portion of these live sessions.

Consent to Recording: The Company may record these live video sessions to create replay materials for existing students, future cohorts, or internal training purposes. By participating in these live sessions, you consent to the recording of these live sessions and their use strictly for the purposes outlined within our Privacy Policy.

No Automatic Opt-Out for Recorded Live Sessions: Live video sessions are recorded as a core part of our course delivery. There is no right to opt out of the recording process itself during a live session. However, if you do not want a recorded session in which you are featured or visible to be used for any specific purpose, you must submit a formal written request via email to our Admin Team at info@beltagyfootball.com stating that you do not consent to its future use.

No Warranties: All Courses are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees, explicit or implied, regarding the completion, success, or precise results of the Course.

Personal Responsibility: Any past student success stories or career milestones referenced on our website or social media pages are illustrative examples only. Your individual progress depends entirely on your own effort, skills, implementation, and market factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beltagy Football Analysis Services and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in the Courses. Our aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever will always be limited to the exact amount paid by you for the specific Course giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted, governed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or connecting to these Courses must be resolved exclusively within the courts of Germany.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or rewrite these Terms at any time to reflect changing laws or technical updates. We will notify active users via email or notice within the portal if material structural changes are made. Continued use of the Course following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new framework.
